HyperAlert System - Students


Hyperalert is a critical information system. Each semester your information is downloaded into the system which automatically will include your cell number and e-mail address. Notifications will be sent to your cell number and e-mail regarding emergency situations, alerts, school closings and re-openings due to inclimate weather. 

If you change your number or e-mail during the semester and would like to update your information you can contact: or  follow the instructions below:

  1. Enter
  2. User name:  Enter -  alvin then first initial then last name without spaces or commas ( not case sensitive)  Example for John Doe      alvinjdoe
  3. Password: Enter student ID number:  (be sure to include leading zeros) e.g.-  0775333
  4. Choose alternate methods of notification or change of phone number or e-mail address
  5. Hit update button at bottom of page.
