Pat Singletary

Applied Woodwinds, Audio Engineering Instructor

In addition to his duties at ACC, Mr. Singletary is in demand as a freelance woodwind player in the Houston area. While in college, he studied saxophone and woodwinds with saxophone greats John Park and Tony Campise. During his career, Pat has performed with an array of internationally-known talent including Johnny Mathis, Little Joe y La Familia, Melissa Manchester, B.J. Thomas, The Spinners, Bob Newhart, Tommy Tune, and Ish Kabibble. Locally, he has performed with the Richard Brown Orchestra, Galveston Island Outdoor Musicals, the Buddy Brock Orchestra, the Ned Battista Orchestra, and many others. Also active in the local recording community, Pat has received credits on numerous albums, including one that was nominated for a Grammy.
