Counseling Referrals

If you have concerns about a distressed student and would like to refer the student for counseling services or would like for a Licensed Professional Counselor to contact a student directly, complete the information below and submit it (button below). This confidential form will be received by the Director of Advising, Stephanie Stockstill, and the Licensed Professional Counselors, Diana Stiles, LPC and Julio Quiralte, LPC.

To report threatening behaviors email the Behavior Intervention Team (BIT) at bit@alvincollege.edu and/or fill out and submit the on-line Behavioral Incident Report form online or located on G Drive in the forms folder.
