If you are interested in becoming a teller in a bank, credit union or other financial institution, then register for this popular course. You will learn the important skills and information needed to be a successful bank teller.
The curriculum includes the following: the importance of the teller's role, identify basic qualifications of the successful teller, describe standard procedures for receiving and paying out cash, identify standard parts of a check, describe comparison of genuine and counterfeit currency, define the term "negotiation" and apply it, cite recommended procedures to employ during emergency situations, identify the attitudes that make up good customer service relations and conduct cross selling. A field trip is included the program.
