The following courses are licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)
• Salesperson
• Professional Inspector

This program is licensed through the Texas Appraiser Licensing & Certification Board (TALCB).
• Real Estate Appraiser

This program is licensed through the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (TDSML).
• Loan Officer

If you’re already working in real estate, we also offer CEU’s for your annual renewals.

• Salesperson: SAE – 30 hours - first 3 years renewal
• Salesperson (MCE): 15 hours - starting 4th year renewal
• Professional Inspector: 16 hour - each year
