Professional Inspector students will need to purchase a
Standard/Legal/Ethics notebook for $12 at the time of
initial registration. This notebook will be furnished the first
night of your first class and will be used in each of the 14
Professional Inspector courses. The notebook contains
the Texas Real Estate Commission Rules & Standards of
Practice, Chapter 1102 -Texas Occupations Code, licensing
and exam forms, semester schedule and course book list.
