The Culinary Arts program is designed for students pursuing a career as a chef or culinary manager. In addition, we offer classes for people who enjoy cooking classes for fun and leisure. Either way - if you enjoying cooking, then we have something for you.

Class Schedule
The Culinary Arts & Chef Training program includes a series of classes for both the amateur cook and professional chef. Classes are held during the evenings and weekends to fit your busy schedule. Graduates receive a Culinary Arts certificate.

Culinary Arts classes will be held on our main campus in Alvin in a kitchen shared with the student food service operation.
We are seeking donations of kitchen equipment and funds for the renovation of kitchen facilities at the Pearland Center.
