Annual Update for Licensed Electricians
Under the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations, (TDLR) Electricians Occupations Code, Chapter 1305, electricians are required to renew their license and complete four hours of continuing education annually.

ACC Continuing Education Workforce Development is approved to provide the four hour continuing education course requirement for licensed electricians. The annual course offering covers safety, the National Electrical Code, as adopted under Section 1305.101 and state laws and rules that regulates the conduct of license holders under this chapter.

Students must complete all four hours, to receive a certificate of completion. The cost of the class is $60, and it is offered monthly at the ACC Main Campus.
