Web Design Certificate Program
This is a series of specialized courses that will take a novice with little to no knowledge of computers all the way to knowing how to manage their own PC as well as intermediate understanding of construction, publishing, and simple Web site management.
While design is the art and process of combining individual elements of design into a pleasing arrangement, Web Design is the art and process of creating a single Web page or entire Web sites and may involve both the aesthetics and the mechanics of a Web site's operation although primarily it focuses on the look and feel of the Web site. Web design is a form of electronic publishing.
