Aesthetic Laser Technician
Aesthetic Laser Technicians utilize lasers in skin care facilities for hair removal. The may also treat aesthetic conditions such as veins, age spots, Rosacea and more. They help remove unwanted hair oversee client preparation, balance and collect procedure fees or perform management duties for treatment facilities.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Anatomy, histology and pathophysiology of the skin as it relates to dermatological laser procedures.
- Basic laser biophysics and laser-tissue interactions
- Dermatological laser and light source procedures
- Patient selection, safety considerations, anesthetic options and management of complications
- Post operative care and procedural techniques
- Procedures: Laser hair removal, pigmented and vascular lesion removal, treatment of acne, skin rejuvenation and skin resurfacing.
