Transcripts are official documents that list all coursework completed at the college or university you attend. There are two types of transcripts available to students.
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts are issued directly from the college to the student. These transcripts can be used for your personal files, when applying for a job, or when you meet with a college academic advisor.
Official Transcripts
Official transcripts are sent directly from one institution to another institution in a sealed envelope. Or, the transcript can be given by hand to the student in a sealed institutional envelope. It is important that the envelope not be opened by anyone except the recipient college or university. Otherwise, it is considered an “unofficial transcript”.
You may request copies of your Alvin Community College transcript in person, by fax or by mail. The Registrar’s Office will need a completed Transcript Request Form for an official transcript. There is no charge for official transcripts. For questions, call the Registrar’s Office at 281.756.3502.
You can pull up your transcript and print it using WebACCess. Please note that it will be considered an unofficial transcript.
For enrollment verification, please complete the Enrollment Verification Request form and submit to the Registrar’s Office.
