Scholarships

Scholarships are available to drama majors by audition. Typical awards start at $1,000 per year, which waives the out-of-district fees.

Scholarship Auditions for Fall 2024

Scholarship auditions for Fall 2024 will be held by appointment only:

4:00pm, Tuesday, July 9, 2024

4:00pm, Tuesday, August 13, 2024

Scholarship auditions consist of two contrasting monologues for actors, and for technicians one monologue and a portfolio of past technical work. 

Those who wish to audition for a scholarship should contact drama@alvincollege.edu to make the appointment and request the appropriate forms.
