Don’t wait for a bill to arrive in the mail! Account statements – invoices – are not mailed. Your tuition payment must be received by the college before the payment deadline. Please remember that you are not officially registered until you have paid the required amount.
Financial Aid recipients should coordinate with the Financial Aid Office to ensure that scholarship, grant, and loan payments are applied before the payment deadline. Any remaining balance not covered must be paid before the payment deadline.
If you register and pay for a term and decide that you do not want to attend, you must withdraw yourself from your courses before classes begin. If you do not withdraw yourself, you may receive grades of F in registered courses which will impact your grade point average and incur a potential liability for financial aid recipients.
Application must be made at the ACC Cashier window - not available through WebACCess.
Late and Default fees: The college assesses a $25 late fee each month after the installment payment due date. In addition, if all payments are not made by the final payment due date, the college charges a $20 default fee. Students who do not pay by the Installment Payment Deadline will be withdrawn from all classes.
