1. Please complete and print the following forms. Bring the forms to the Enrollment Services Center (ESC) in Building A.

• ACC Application for GED Testing
• Confidentiality Statement for GED Candidates
• GED Testing Service State on Responsibility of Test Takers
• Rules of Test Participation

2. When you come in, to get signed up, you must bring the completed forms to the ESC along with the following items in order to be scheduled to take the GED exam:

• TEXAS DRIVERS LICENSE, DPS ID CARD, PASSPORT, OR MILITARY ID
• Social Security Card or an official document with your Social Security Number.
• Testing Fee ($80 for first time testing, $15 for each retest)
