1. Take the THEA / COMPASS or be exempt from testing requirements.  

  Exemptions can be scores from the following exams:

• ACT  - Minimum score 23 – Composite and 19 – Math and English
• SAT  -   Minimum score 1070 – Total and 500 – Critical Reading and Math
• TAKS  -  Minimum Score 2200 on Math & Writing and Writing Sub-score - 3
• Scores must be provided on official score reports or official high school transcript in sealed envelope

2. Obtain an Early Admissions Contract from your High School Counselor and discuss course selection.

3. Complete an ACC Admission Application

4. Complete the admissions process with ACC Advisor.

• ACC Application for Admission
• Test scores or proof of exemption (on official high school transcript)
