Avoid the line…pay online! Choose one of these three methods and follow the directions.
Notice: Payment plans are not available for summer tuition.
Payment in Full - Online
(credit card or debit card w/logo)
- Sign on to WebACCess using your user id and password.
- Go to student menu and click on: payments.
- Enter your student id and pin (six digit birthdate-no dashes)
- After welcome screen appears, click on my profile and enter your current email address.
- On the “quick view” under current account status, click on make a payment.
- On most recent account balance screen, under action icon, click on pay.
- Chose payment method and fill out all screens that follow.
- A payment confirmation page will appear. Print this page for your records.
Payment in Full - Online
(check or savings account)
You must have your routing # and account#
- Sign on to WebACCess using your user id and password.
- Go to student menu and click on: payments.
- Enter your student id and pin (six digit birthdate-no dashes).
- After welcome screen appears, click on my profile and enter your current email address.
- On the home page under “quick view current account status”, click on make a payment.
- On most recent account balance screen, under action icon, click on pay.
- Chose payment method and fill out all screens that follow.
- A payment confirmation page will appear. Print this page for your records.
Payment Plan - Online
Automatic debit of monthly payments is required
Credit card, debit card, checking or savings account you will be required to pay 50% of tuition & fees plus a $20 non refundable fee at time of sign up
- Sign on to WebACCess using your user id and password.
- Go to student menu and click on: payments.
- Enter your student id (not your ss) and pin (six digit birthdate-no dashes).
- After welcome screen appears, click on my profile and enter your current email address.
- On home screen click on: enroll in a payment plan.
- Click on one payment plan
- Carefully read all information given and enter required payment information.
- After reading the payment agreement, enter the last four digits of your student id number. This allows us to automatically debit your bank or credit card for payment.
- A payment confirmation page will appear. Print this page for your records.
Pay in person at the Business Office using cash or check. The Business Office is located in Building A, first floor.
Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Closed on Friday during the summer.
If paying by check, you can use the Drop Box located outside the Business Office (Alvin Campus) or the Library (Pearland Campus). Be sure to complete the payment envelope.
You can mail in your payment if paying by check. For accurate processing, include the endorsee’s driver’s license number and student’s identification number on the front of the check.
