Social media is changing the way we communicate, offering a new model to engage with students, alumni and the world at large. Alvin Community College has created the following standards and guidelines to support faculty and staff as they participate in various forms of social media. These guidelines will be updated as issues and new practices arise in conjunction with the overall communication goals of the college.
