About the Mobile Go

The Mobile Go Unit is an educational resource center equipped with 20 laptop computers with WiFi internet access. Upon request, the Mobile Go Unit travels to schools, churches and local community events within Alvin Community College service area.


The Purpose of the Mobile Go Unit is to provide college-going resources to the surrounding community and ultimately increase the number of students enrolled and succeeding in higher education institutions such as ACC. ACC utilizes its Mobile Go Unit to strengthen the college-going culture and supports local school districts.
