ServeSafe Manager

Level Up: Become ServSafe Manager Certified

This workshop prepares participants to earn the nationally recognized ServSafe Manager Certification through guided instruction in food safety principles, foodborne illness prevention, personal hygiene, time and temperature controls, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and food safety management systems. The workshop will be delivered online and includes guided instruction, review activities, practice assessments, and preparation for the ServSafe Manager Certification Exam.
