ACC Faculty/Staff Recognized for Service

Alvin Community College recognized its employees for their service to the college during the annual service awards ceremony on August 15.

 

Employees were honored for working 40, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 and five years.

 

40 years

ACC custodian Maria Garcia and Speech instructor Bill Waggoner was recognized for working at the college for 40 years.

 

30 years

ACC Choir Director Dr. Kevin Moody and Financial Aid advisor Rebecca Mincey was recognized for working at the college for 30 years.

 

25 years

ACC Sociology instructor Dr. Jean Raniseski, left and Media Technology specialist Kyle Marasckin were recognized for working at the college for 25 years.

 

20 years

ACC Student Records specialist Melissa Reeves, left and Executive Administrative Assistant Tammy Giffrow were recognized for working at the college for 20 years.

 

15 years

ACC employees who have worked at the college for 15 years are, from left: Visual Arts coordinator Cherie Richey, Computer Science instructor Cathy LeBouef, accountant Louise Le, Help Desk coordinator Julie Kellagher, Financial Aid advisor Teresa Hill-Sanford, Pathways advisor Sharmeal Archie and textbook technician Mark Simpson.

 

10 years

ACC employees who have worked at the college for 10 years are, from left: Nursing instructor Ashley White, Communications coordinator John Tompkins, English instructor Charlie Bevill and programmer/analyst Logan Griffith, Lab School instructor Beth Kolb and Chemistry instructor Dr. Esther Kempen.

 

5 years
