When it comes to being an artist, a visiting Alvin Community College artist said his message is really simple: Be Someone. He made the expression his name. The anonymous graffiti artist who goes by the alias BeSomeone recently displayed some of his work at the ACC Fine Arts gallery.

ACC student Carina Rivera was recently named a National Community College Aerospace Scholar at NASA. The internship program encourages students from two-year colleges to continue their STEM education at a four-year university.
