Drafting and Design Engineering Technology - A.A.S. Degree/Certificate
Explore the World of Engineering Drafting and Design
Plans for every product, building, or process begin with drawings and models created using the techniques and principles taught in drafting courses. The ACC Drafting and Design Engineering Technology program provides extensive hands-on training in the basic principles of engineering drafting and design. Specialized courses will train you in advanced piping and mechanical design. In this program, you'll not only learn to draw plans on paper, you will also learn how to use computer-assisted drafting programs (CADD). CADD technology allows you to add detail and quickly make revisions to your design plans.
