Alvin Community College President Dr. Robert J. Exley delivered the annual State of the College report during the Board of Regents meeting on May 25.

The Alvin Community College Foundation awarded $102,000 in scholarships to ACC students as well as students at area high schools this year.

Alvin Community College recognized several students for academic excellence during the Award Day ceremony on May 1.

The Mu Upsilon Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa inducted its newest members during a ceremony on April 28. Seventeen students were honored during the ceremony for their academic achievements. Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society of two-year colleges.
