Meeting Schedule

APPLICANT MEETINGS are designed to provide nursing applicants more detailed information about the program and application process. These meetings are mandatory for anyone who has decided to apply to the nursing program.

LVN-ADN Transition Program Applicant Meetings

Meetings are held online during the application period. The February 2026 LVN-to-ADN Transition program applicant meeting schedule is below.

To join a transition program online applicant meeting, click the following link: LVN-to-ADN Applicant Meeting a few minutes before the meeting begins. Registration is not necessary. In person meetings cannot be attended by phone call in. In person applicant meetings will be in the Health Science Building (S Building) at Alvin College in Room S105.

To join the meeting by phone, call +1-571-392-7650 and use PIN 875 452 5411. If joining by phone, email your name and the last 4 digits of your phone number to nursing@alvincollege.edu for meeting attendance credit.

2-Year ADN Program Applicant Meetings

The March 2026 2-Year ADN program applicant meeting schedule is below. Meetings are held online and in person.

To join a 2-Year ADN online applicant meeting, click the following link: 2-Year ADN Applicant Meeting Link a few minutes prior to the meeting time. Registration is not necessary.

Prepare for your nursing education by attending a general information meeting or applicant meeting. 

GENERAL INFORMATION MEETINGS are designed to provide information about preparing to apply to the nursing program. These meetings are optional, and are suitable for the general public and for those in the process of deciding whether to apply to nursing. If you attend a general information meeting and then decide to apply, you must also attend an applicant meeting. Information meetings are online.
