Meeting Schedule

Prepare for your nursing education by attending a general information meeting or applicant meeting. 

GENERAL INFORMATION MEETINGS are designed to provide information about preparing to apply to the nursing program. These meetings are optional, and are suitable for the general public and for those in the process of deciding whether to apply to nursing. If you attend a general information meeting and then decide to apply, you must also attend an applicant meeting. Information meetings are on-line.

APPLICANT MEETINGS are designed to provide nursing applicants more detailed information about the program and application process. These meetings are mandatory for anyone who has decided to apply to the nursing program.

2-Year ADN Program Applicant Meetings

The September 2024 2-Year ADN program applicant meeting schedule is below. Meetings are held on-line and in-person.

In-person applicant meetings will be in the Health Science Building (S Building) at Alvin Community College in Room S105. Maps to the campus and building are at the end of the ADN Application Instructions Packet.

LVN-ADN Transition Program Applicant Meetings

Meetings are held on-line on a weekly basis during the application period (February 1 - February 28). 2025 dates will be added when the schedule is determined.
