Meeting Schedule

APPLICANT MEETINGS are designed to provide nursing applicants more detailed information about the program and application process. These meetings are mandatory for anyone who has decided to apply to the nursing program.

2-Year ADN Program Applicant Meetings

The September 2025 2-Year ADN program applicant meeting schedule will be added when dates are determined. Meetings are held on-line and in-person.

In-person applicant meetings will be in the Health Science Building (S Building) at Alvin Community College in Room S105. Maps to the campus and building are at the end of the 2-Year ADN Application Instructions Packet.

Prepare for your nursing education by attending a general information meeting or applicant meeting. 

GENERAL INFORMATION MEETINGS are designed to provide information about preparing to apply to the nursing program. These meetings are optional, and are suitable for the general public and for those in the process of deciding whether to apply to nursing. If you attend a general information meeting and then decide to apply, you must also attend an applicant meeting. Information meetings are on-line.

Meetings are held on-line during the application period. The May 12 - June 16, 2025, LVN-ADN Transition program applicant meeting schedule is below.
