The Alvin College Board of Regents has adopted salary structures for all faculty, administrative, professional, technical support, clerical, and maintenance (TSCM) personnel that are designed to be competitive with area institutions and attract and retain the best possible workforce.
The Human Resources team is available to assist with compensation-related needs such as job description design and development, salary grading for new positions and reclassifications for existing positions. While considering fiscal responsibility, our goal is to ensure internal equity while remaining competitive within the market.
Compensation also oversees interim assignments, additional duties, supplemental wages and stipends.
