Dual Enrollment Info Sessions & Onboarding

DE Onboarding Sessions

Join us for a Dual Enrollment Onboarding Session where Alvin College Advisors and
Staff will teach you how to do necessary tasks as a Dual Enrollment Student and
be prepared for Fall 2026 classes. Student onboarding sessions will include:

  • Setting up the POD and ACC email
  • Maneuvering through Blackboard
  • Student Accommodations
  • FERPA
  • Navigating two worlds: high school and college
  • Email/Classroom etiquette

Alvin ISD:

  • June 24th, 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Shadow Creek HS, LGI 2 

Pearland ISD:

  • June 25th, 1:00pm - 3:00pm at Glenda Dawson HS, College & Career Center

Alvin College:

  • July 13th, 1:00 - 3:00pm at Alvin College Main Campus Nolan Ryan Center: 2925 South Bypass 35 Alvin, TX 77511
  • July 14th, 1:00 - 3:00pm at Alvin College West Campus: 11800 Magnolia Parkway, Manvel, Texas 77578

DE Information Nights

Join us for a Dual Enrollment Information night, where Alvin College Advisors and Staff will go over important information about the Dual Enrollment program at Alvin College for the 2026-2027 school year.

All Information night sessions will be online (Microsoft teams), click the link on the date you would like to attend to join the meeting.
